Case Study | Time
When I was younger, during swimming competitions, there were moments when I could manifest my exact race time. It didn’t happen often, but a few times, I felt like I was in a complete energetic trance, totally in control of my performance. In those moments, it was as if I knew the outcome before the race even started, and I was able to achieve swimming times that few people in Italy had done at my age. At the time, I didn’t fully understand what was happening.
As I grew older, external influences began to creep in. My manifesting power became polluted by the environment around me—partly because I didn’t have the guidance of great coaches and mentors. I began to overtrain, focusing solely on the physical side of preparation while neglecting the alignment of my mind and heart.
When you lose that balance and train purely with the body, no matter how hard you work, you’re not truly creating your reality—you’re not manifesting. Without that alignment, you will operate at only 20% of your potential, pushing your body without the mental and emotional coherence needed to excel.
I know that athletes like Michael Phelps could manifest their swimming times with precision in every race. I wasn’t at that level, but I had glimpses of what it meant to be fully aligned, both mentally and physically, with the outcome.
Those experiences gave me a taste of the potential within manifestation, but they also taught me the importance of staying connected to your internal energy, free from external distractions. Without that connection, the power to manifest fades.
